Healthy Food
Healthy Food is one of the best things for the human body. If we did not have Healthy Food we would all become fat and obese. Healthy Food gives us all the nutrients and vitamins we need for our body. If you are getting fruits make sure you get fresh fruit, it is the best. If you get vegetables make sure you get fresh vegetables, frozen has the same qualities but the taste is not as good. So if your getting Healthy Food make sure it is fresh.

Junk Food
Junk Food is one of the most delicious foods in the world. But it is really high in fat and calories which leads to obesity. You can't eat like 5 Honey Buns in one day and expect to not be fat. I'm not saying you can't eat Junk Food just eat one piece a day or a couple week. My whole family is fit, the only junk food we buy is Oreos and we eat only a couple a day. My advice for Junk Food is to only eat a couple of pieces a week or one a day. Make sure to eat Healthy Food or you will eventually get fat.
